About Me

My photo
Tina M. Atkinson, Art Teacher
Nashville, Tennessee, United States
I have been teaching elementary visual art since 1998. I love my 5-10 year olds for their energy, creativity and love of learning. I have a BS in Art Education, a Masters in Education (Art Curriculum and Instruction) and I am Nationally Board Certified (2012) in Early/Middle Childhood (3-12 year olds). I love my job and I never have time to get bored with two kiddo's of my own at home. I love to teach art to anyone who wants to learn including, but not limited to, children of any age, adults and even the occasional art teacher. (I think groups of art teachers are especially fun!)
